What parts would I need to convert my power drum front brakes to disc? I am planning to get as much as possible from the junk yards, so if you know some other donor models/years, that would help me out alot.

There are so many ways of doing it that you could actually write a book. In short, if you can find a complete set from any 69-72 GM A-body, you can use it. If you can't find it, buy a kit or do a search here on Team Chevelle. There's a ton of info in previous discussions.

I wouldn't go the junk yard route. I'd machine your original drum brake spindles to accept caliper brackets, buy a set of brackets from Ground Up and buy new rotors and rebuilt calipers from your local parts house.
