I remember CJ Landry's posts about politics and what I would call "gearhead fixes". Sometimes a problem could be fixed with an unconventional yet solid fix, and many of his posts reflected that kind of ingenuity.
It is a shame..It just goes to show you that you have to live every day like it's your last because it very well may be your last. Lots of people including myself dealing with loss this year  . All my best to his family, I wish them peace.After a little Googling, it turns out he was dealing with some really tough times and it just isn't fair that someone pay the price for a health issue beyond their personal and ultimately financial control. Godspeed to cjlandry.

I am just seeing this news for the first time now. Shocker! I had missed seeing him post here, as I always enjoyed his posts. Didn't he work on an oil rig or something? I figured he was busy working in the Gulf. In his abscence I always kept him in the back of my mind. Very sad circumstances for poor Chad, and far too soon. Godspeed Chad! My condolenses to his family & friends.
