Default Conversion to 10 SI Alternator - Where is the best place to buy these?

I have been reading on upgrading from the stock alternator to the 10 or 12 SI internally regulated alternator...Any recommendations on where to get one? Im new to this site so unsure if any sponsors sell them..

Any recommendations / Advice?

i got mine from NAPA, (rebuilt 98-amp unit)
MadElectrical had alot of info on this and a LIST of what to buy

Ditto on Mad Electrical as a resource for setting up your alternator once you get it (or any electrical work on our muscle cars for that matter). I actually got their whole "New System" set up. Man, I'm glad I did. It really took a ton of the mystery out of the electrical/wiring side of working on my ride. I actually looked forward to running wires and soldering splices because Mark @ MadElectrical makes it real easy with the supplied elements and diagramed instructions.
Just one thing though...not a negative, but an FYI...when you can him to order or ask question, make sure you've got 30-60 minutes blocked out to talk to him. He goes into great detail about how things work and loves to engage in conversation! Really nice guy and highly recommended.
