Well decided to go with the rapid air products, just didn't want to take a chance on PVC. I have grand kids in there at times so wasn't willing to chance it. Gonna run 100 ft with a long loop to cool the air with some filters so hopefully that will work ok.

I was hopeing I wouldn't have to show anyone my dumb-ass mistake, but here is what happens when sch.40 pvc lets loose at about 140psi. Im lucky it wasn't much worse, 3-weeks of intense pain and a delaminated hand where all I got out of the deal. Be forewarned. You don't have to jump off a bridge to know it's gonna hurt like hell.

I've personally seen PVC let go twice. Trust me, you don't want to be anywhere near it when it goes. Do guys get away with it... sure. It definitely is a ticking time bomb, though. Glad to hear you went with something else.
