502 enine installation in 66'
Hey guys,
I'm new to forums, so bare with me. Glad i'm able to come on here and discuss these awesome cars with other people who feel the same!! I guess this is where I should ask engine related questions...... My idea for my 66' Chevelle is to put a new 502 engine coupled with a Tremec 6 speed transmission. Any tips, or pointers? Will I be able to use factory big block springs? Use the original engine mount locations? Will I be able to use my factory console with the Tremec transmision? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance.
