I'm 40 and work as an engineer at UMI Performance. I don't have a Chevelle currently but of course would love to have one.

I have a mechanical engineering degree from Penn State and 11 years oval track driving experience. 14 career wins and two track championships. I'm also a tech writer for Circle Track, Stock Car and Speedway Illustrated.

My oval track experience actually prepared me for my job at UMI. Making a heavy stock car go around a corner properly is a lot like making a Chevelle work properly.

I love my job and have made many good forum based friends on Chevelles. Great group of guys (and ladies).

Have built a 66 camino for and with my son, married to my high school sweetie that I dated in a 66 Malibu SS. Currently building a 66 SS396-- 502 RS, and a 70 Z28 and a 67 2+2 Parisienne convertible original 427 4spd car. Hey Guys, I'm 43 years old, and I'm a metal worker for a door company. My passion lately has been making my all black Chevelle more competitive for Hot Rod Dragweek. I hope to be in the tens, and still maintaining close to fifteen miles per gallon. I am running a Chris Straub valvetrain, CK Performance 200r4, and a nine inch with 3;80 gears. Hi everyone. I'm 48 years old and and I am a Geotechnical (Civil) Engineer. I have a wife, married in 97 and we have 3 young sons. I had a 66 SS396 Chevelle back in 82 and a 64 convertible in 86. I am currently working on a project car, frame off restoration on a 69 SS396, L35. Thank you for this wonderful resource that is Team Chevelle.
