The brake fade is one of their specialties. I can tell you the improvement was dramatic, didn't specifically want to test brake fade though, for obvious reasons.

I'm sure their rear system is a great upgrade, my only concern is the front. It has been proven time and time again that rear discs are NOT necessary unless it is an all track car.

I'm not a hater of drum brakes by any means, But try explaining that to a mercedes that you rear end because his braking distance is about half of what your "more than adequate" braking system is.
"Not to mention water fade which is why I HATE 4 wheel drums..." from your earlier post

Well, hate 'em or not; they work fine for normal people who don't tailgate or indulge in reckless driving which precipitates multiple panic stops...

for one thing, front drum brakes are lighter than front disks are- which makes them more attractive for racers
When I added the Aerospace disc kit (with stock style vented rotors) I shaved 30+ lbs. from the front of my car.

A friend had the Praise linings on his 65 Nova that ran 137+ at Carlsbad's very short shut-off area, and it stopped very well.

I still don't get it, how does cryo treatment help with water fade? Sorry, when I said "Have anything to do with water fade," I misworded it.

Nothing reckless about following 3 car lengths behind a mercedes and they slam on their brakes and you slide into them

""I still don't get it, how does cryo treatment help with water fade?""

I dont know that it does .....did Praise / someone say it did ..

... my point was the Praise drum parts do as they say .....improve brakimg 30%over stock drums ...........its not "BS"' as you stated .....

.....I do know they dont lock up on hard 120 mph stops and and they dont fade like typical factory / parts store drums on repeated stops . becasue they dont run anywhere near as hot as reg drum stuff thats what the cryro does ........

..... I have / prefer discs on my daily driver for all the obvious reasons for restored / occasional use or nostagia drag race cars like most on this site .......drums can be made to work very well with Praise parts its not BS ........ the water thing, dont know dont drive my car in the water ........this only about parts that improve reg drum braking perf not a drum vs disk argument

Another feature of drum brakes that make them attractive for racers is that they don't have the slight but constant drag that disk brakes have. Disk brakes have the pads lightly rubbing the rotors to keep the rotors clean and the friction material at operating temp. I think that no-drag disk brakes were introduced by GM for 1980, no doubt help along by the desparate search for better CAFE ratings.

NASCAR used 4-wheel drum brakes well after disk brakes became popular on street cars. Of course NASCAR racers used very special drums with backing plates that allowed better cooling, plus special shoes that were composed of iron patches welded to the shoes.
