I got two sets of rear seats when I bought my 69 Malibu (ht/coupe), but they are both incorrect as they are both "short". The set with the box knife in the pics is approx. 49" wide and the other set is approx. 53" wide - neither folds down. They are in pretty good shape and appear to be original. They have different upholstery patterns and one set seems to have a higher "hump" to clear the driveline. I thought maybe for a convertible or for a different year, but I'm not sure. I'll probably get rid of both sets because they don't work, but I'd like to know what they are really for. Thanks. Dean

The first pic is the 72 pattern. And I think it is for a convert.

The second rear seat looks like 69 Firebird material.....might be a firebird seat

Thanks Roger. That one has been a little more difficult to chase, but I hadn't looked down the Firebird path yet for it.
