Default Alternative hoods for my 65 Malibu

Okay. I have a SP-1 intake manifold for a BBB455 that is about 1 1/2 " taller than a stock intake. I am concerned about under the hood clearance. If I want to play it safe, is there a Malibu, chevelle, SS HOOD from the factory for the 65's I can search for that'll give me some additional hood clearance? The Chevelle's still in Sacramento and I'd be better off getting one while it's there before paint is done for sure...
Parts sources in Hawaii are limited!!
Aloha,
Scotti B...
