Default Clutch Fork

I have 69 Chevelle t-10 trans lakewood bell and mcleod street twin clutch.I have been reading that I should use a gm clutch fork.Where can I by one?Do the ones ground up sell equal to gm?Napa,autozone?What should I use for a t/o bearing?Ebay maybe,what should I being looking for?

I think that clutch uses a special throwout bearing, might want to call Mcleod for the application.
