    Well, my friend, it has come time to leave this site, and the Camaro one as well. Seems I am getting hammered by the elite here over the only accurate way to set valves, and they insist on going back to the "he was banned before" **** and bull.

    I have never seen people more intent on insisting on doing it completely and totally wrong. I have other stuff to do, and not waste my time here.

    What I mean Tom is, as a new user when I goto the main Forums page, the Engine forums says there are "38,587" threads in this forum. Yet when I click on this forum, it only shows 12 threads... I would expect to see some sort of links at the bottom allowing me to goto the next page etc, but theres nothing. I'm only allowed to view 12 topics in any given forum at once?

    I'd post screenshots, but I'm unable to here.

    I need some input on a imca stockcar circle track engine i'm building. Trying to decide which mellings select oil pump is right for my application. 355 with solid cam, edm lifters, full roller rockers, PAC 1201x springs... 7400 rpm max. I have some serious money in the heads so want to get it right... I bought a 10555C but wondering if I should rethink that.

    Hi Tom. I just read a post of yours in regards to steering box's. You mentioned VR in your original 70 box. If you don't mind, could you explain that to me, and if anyway let me know how I can do that to mine?

    Hey Tom, thanks for the reply on the brake question. I did I not bench bleed the master. Will that defeat the power boost? The pedal is not spongy. It just doesn't have any stopping power. I can stop the car but I can't lock up the wheels.

    Hi Tom, today i've a new answer for you! Could you tell me the correct spark for my 1972 402 BB!!! The old owner used seven AC Delco R44T and one R44Ts!!!!!!!! Yes one spark was different from the others!!! Now i'm riding with NGK BR6FS, a marine spark. But could be these NGK sparks my issue? Maybe my distributor is ok! Thanks for your patience.

    Hi Tom, how do you do?
    I think about your message and i decide to buy a stock front disc brake conversion , like those used in 196, keeping the rear drum brake! I want it like it leaves Kansas City assembly plant in 1969!!!!
    But unfortunately i discovered that my engine is not a stock 396!!!! Last night i was looking for casting numbers and i saw these codes:

    Engine block : 3999290, D6 72 ( 402 BB 1972, 2 bolt )
    Front : T 0412 TLM (Towananda NY, april 12, Truck TH400 )

    Cylinder heads : 3993820, L 21 70, GM 11 T ( 1970 LS3 heads 330 HP, december 21 of 1970, 113 cc , oval port, open chamber , 2.06 INT. and 1,72 EXH.

    That's the truth?
