    Ouch. Seems to be the way of the world nowadays to have flat-tappet cams wipe out. It's a risk no matter how careful the break-in is.

    Hard to say about the bearings... if it didn't run very long, and the oil filter caught all the debris, they might be OK. Pull the front main and see if there's junk in it, and go from there. If you see ANY trash AT ALL embedded in it, it's complete tear-down time; have your machine shop pull all the plugs and the cam bearings and give it back to you that way, then you'll need to run a rifle brush through every single oil passage to clean it up, since metal chips don't dissolve in the hot tank, otherwise there'll be substantial risk of debris still being in there and getting flushed by the oil directly into new bearings. Let's hope for the best.

    I guess I have no choice in a new cam or not my other one inside my motor has wiped lobes.Do you think I will have to do all the bearings now?Not sure how the cam and lifters were broke in not even sure the cam was good to begin with Thanks for your time
