What would be the correct color code and manufacturer of Black paint for front wheelwells on a 69 Chevelle . I have seen a few satin and detail black but I would like it to look correct Thanks MIKE

Mike,
GM reconditioning paint is what the factory used.
you can get it at any GM dealer.
If you want something a little more durable, try POR-15 Chassis coat black, and spray it on, it looks factory.

Ditto on the Por 15, but use the standard Por 15 first, then topcoat with Chassis Black per their recommendations.
