I'm redoing a 67 El Camino and can tell where the stripes were on the driveshaft, but can't detect the colors. It's a 396, TH400, 3.08 rear end. I've searched the tech archives for a couple of hours, and all I can find is some 70 info. If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it.

I've never seen any. Even scrounging through a musclecar junk yard last weekend for a shaft.

The build sheet on my '70 had the color codes in the box marked prop. shaft. GR-OR, meaning grean and orange. I don't know if this applies to '67 though.
