A local fellow has a '65 Chevelle SS convertible for sale that caught my attention.
It is a better than average "driver" that needs virtually nothing. An original SS with white exterior, white top, blue interior, original buckets, console, original correctly dated 283, and powerglide. It had a body on "restoration" about five years ago, including the underside. It didn't need much metal replacement, other than a few patch panels. The trunk and floors are original and seem solid.
What might this car be worth? By the time one paid tax on it, it would cost about $30,000 Canadian, or about $25,000 US. Is that too much?
