Which is the true SS horn button emblem for a 72, the Red, white or black bowtie or the SS emblem? I read somewhere it was the bowtie, but which color? thanks.

If you are talking about the optional 4-spoke soft-rim wheel, it used a silver buttom with a black bowtie. If you are asking about the standard 2-spoke, hard rim with padded center, a black horizontal strip with bright SS letters in the center are correct.
