I tried to pm you but its saying you have exceeded your limit. I have a 66 block that requires the rear cam journal grooved, can you perform that task? Do I have to call you direct to order the 268 w/112lsa? Last one, will the 268 w/112 be similar to the 262 w/110lsa or will it still a step better. Thanks, Ernest

Looking over the voodoo cams I see the 262 is on a 112. Thought they all were on 110. soo how would the voodoo 268 compare to the crane powermax h-278-2: adv dur 278int/290exh lift 529int/525exh dur @.050 222int/234exh that is curently in car now. Thanks, Ernest

If past experience is any guide, the VooDoo 262 will take the Crane H-278-2. The VooDoo 268 is a much larger cam, and can be made on 112° LSA if so desired. It should be ordered direct from Lunati, though. Most large warehouses really don't like custom-ground stuff.
The VooDoo 268 is 227/233 at .050, and I have seen 3°-5° advantage of mine over Crane, in the past. When I won that contract from Mercury Marine, they took out Crane 234/244's and replaced them with UD 231/239s, because the UDs made more power. Valve lifts were very similar within a few .001"'s.
This power/torque difference is caused by a difference in unsymmetrical-ness and my increase in high-lift area......
Fifty-thousands isn't always fifty-thousands........
