I just purchased this what seems to be a nice pump although expensive.

I have always used rear mounted electric pumps so here goes this stupid question. When you use engine/front mounted pumps does anyone have examples or pics of how you run the lines. I'm used to mounting to the firewall and have the regulator and all there but now I have to come up to the front of the engine.

I have an idea for the pump to gauge to carb but looking for a safe/clean way to run from the tank to the front of the engine.

Thanks

Course this is on s/b. I ran a 4" piece of 3/8" rubber line from the hard line that exited from the inside of the front cross member. From the rubber line I fabed up an adaptor from the rubber line that allowed me to connect to 8an line that feeds the pump. After the photo was taken I had to modify the mounting of the reg cause I counldn't get my drop base air cleaner to clear reg. I just took the bracket that came with the reg and was able to mount the reg sideways. It works fine now. Hope this helps.
