Will POR-15 stay on my front springs? Seems the constant coil/uncoil would cause it to break. Anybody done this? This is a daily driver.

POR 15 is very flexible. I just saw a presentation from a POR 15 dealer over the weekend. He showed us a coil spring from a car that was street driven for four years. The paint was not cracked or chipped and still had a decent shine to it as well. I don't think you'd have any problems.

I wonder if I should paint them on the car or off?

How about buying a powder coating setup. Team Members on this site have had great results doing small items like springs, etc.

Don't know what they cost, however, it can't be much.

Thanks. I have always related powder coating = expensive. Am I mis-informed?
