i am getting ready to fix my car up but i dont know if i should paint it first and then fix the interior or fix the interior and then paint it.

paint so that way if they spray door jams you arnt to concerened about a little overspray on your carpets etc.

Always keep one thing in mind. As you restore you're investing money in your project. Invest in areas that will result in it appreciating in value. Paint is always a good choice. If you have to part with it at any time, you should get your money back. Investing in areas such as performance mods won't normally help a vehicle appreciate. ;)
