Any of you guys that are in the body shop business for a living ... have you had the opportunity to use any of this companies parts ??

http://www.dankodirect.com/index.php

I need a set of bumper "filler" panels for my Wife's 84 Riviera and these guys are the only ones I have been able to find. Have exhausted every avenue I know of for NOS GM parts, so it looks like repro's are going to have to do as her originals are all starting to crack up. The replacements from Danko are fiberglass as compard tot he original urathane, so they should hopefully outlast both of us. Just mainly concerned with fit. Here are the ones I will be getting:

Thanks in advance,

I have no experience using the repos you have mentioned but I would think being that they are made of fiberglass that fit and form is easily modified if there is something wrong with them. You could also make your own mold from the originals and make your own out of fiberglass.

There is a company that makes urethane replacements. I have used them. The name escapes me at the moment. One of the local PBE suppliers in town has one of their brochures laying out for customers.

I'll check for the name today if time permits.
