Real? Do you mean "real SS"? If so, then pretty sure NO, SS/Malibu cars will start with "13637"... 13437 is for a lower model...

Mist green (45-45) with green clothe bench seat interior ( code 786)... I also think all Malibus and SS cars got vinyl seats, and not clothe, again for the lower models...

Yes it is really a 70 Chevelle.

If you asking if it is an SS or not - not
SS option was not available on the 300 deluxe.

The base model in 1970 was not called a 300 Deluxe but rather a Chevelle Standard - at least according to GMs own documentation I have. The 300 Deluxe name last appeared on the 1969 model and the 300 last appeared in 1968.. The 786 interior code is shown as Dark Green Roma Cloth/Met. Dark Green Coated Fabric
(13437-69 models).
