Mother's Power Ball, Mother's Power Polish, and a cordless drill. It takes about 2-3 minutes per wheel.

This is the best aluminum polish I have ever used, and it goes a long ways

A powerball with the accompanying power metal polish worked great on the ones we have on the 69. I ended up using an air drill (horsepower and speed) versus a cordless though. Cordless just didn't seem to have the zip it needed.
