Is the floor pan on a 66 four door sedan the same dimensions as a 2 door sedan or H/T or does each body style have a difference? I have a stripped four door sedan in my field that I'm going to get hauled away soon so I'm wondering if it's worth cutting the floor pan out before it gets sent off to the crusher. I'd hate to send a good part to the crusher if it could be used on a future 2 door project.

64 to 67 all have the same wheel base, so I would assume that the floors are all the same. However, you know what happens when you assume. Also, as cheap as the replacement pans are, is it worth cutting them out?

Thanks for the reply Ted. I was assuming they were the same but wasn't sure. I'm used to dealing with tri-5 parts and full floor pans don't go cheap on those cars. The pan in this car is really nice but the rest of the car has been picked pretty much clean. I'm cheap and poor but hope to have another Chevelle or Beaumont project in the future so I'd hate to junk a real solid part like this only to kick myself later on down the road. ;) Just have to get going on the 56 Belair project before I can get back into the world of Chevelles.
