What are you guys using to flange metal for hanging partial quarters and installing patches? Air or manual style? Can anyone recommend a good brand, I want to get a decent tool that will last.

I have the small converted "ViseGrip" that Eastwood sells, it of course is indestructible. It is a little small and on a large panel you'll get pretty tired opening it and closing it a hundred times but it is small enough to make it through on the curves. I have used an air one at work and don't like it, the manual one is the way to go for me.
But if I may add, putting a strip of metal behind the patch with plug welds works better than a flange in most cases.
