: I need some body bushing clarification...

I'm in the process of replacing the body bushings on my '68 El Camino. The kit I have has the following bushings:

It has 8 of these:

It has 2 of these:

And, it has 2 of these:

Is this correct? It looks to me like the car originally has only 8 "bolted" bushing and 4 of the "pads". I also don't know why 2 of the "bolted" bushings in my kit are smaller diameter. I know they are NOT for the core support. Can anybody give me some clarification on these issues?

Thanks!

The ElCamino may be different. On my '69 Coupe, the pads went halfway down the door jamb and at the frame over the rear axle. I am fairly sure the smaller diameter ones goes at the rear of the frame. Balance go at 4 corners of the frame at floor pan and 4 corners of trunk area, at least on a coupe. Frames though are interchangeable, so mounts should be the same.
