Well after 2 summers of tuning frustration its finally fixed. After seeing the article in last months Car Craft I ordered a Mighty Demon with annular boosters. It came in yesterday and after two days of install (plus the install of an MSD 6AL) the car is running PERFECT. The throttle response is insane. Even with the carb jetted way to big (its made for 400ci+ "well prepared" big blocks, and I have it on a 350) its still crisp and GOES LIKE HELL. I'm taking it to the track tomarow. Only problems I had were the rear float was stuck on the carb when I got it, and the floats were set too high front and rear. Im also trying to solve a constantly raising idle but I think its the soft springs in the mechanical advance.
