If you are working with bare metal you should use and etching primer to give your filler primer a better surface to stick to.

If you have new panels with the factory primer on them just scuff them up and spray them. You won't need primer for those.

I believe this is BASF's "Value line" sort of their "walmart" of products. It is probably a good product, BASF is know as a reliable product in general.

You will want too apply an etch primer over bare metal, that means you need the BASF recommended etch to go under that urethane.

You need tech sheets for these products to find out what and how to use them.

What paint do you plan on using? If it isn't BASF, get another primer. Don't get me wrong, you can shoot another brand over this primer. You woule never mix componants, but spraying another brand over this sanded primer is no big deal.
However, the question is WHY? You could get an etch, a urethane primer, a base coat, and a clear that are all one brand, all made and recommended to work with one an other. That is what you should be doing.
