I lowered the body back on the frame today and I can't seem to remember how the lower body t bushing goes. I think its called a cushion?

I know it goes... bolt, washer, cushion, frame, body mount and body but how can you tell if the cushion is upside down? There is a small hole on the side with numbers and a large hole on other side. and yes this is making me feel like an idiot. graemlins/clonk.gif help is appreciated.
