Anyone out there have a pic of fender extensions for a 71 chevelle before the lenses are put in? A techteam member told me mine were from a 72, my car is a 71 and I want to see the assembly before the lense is put in. My car has no lenses in now and there is no bar that goes horizontally in the casing. I hope this makes sense, and thanks

71-72 fender ext are the same, carry the same part number. They bolt on the same way. The only thing that makes them different is the park lense. So if you are afraid that you have the wrong exts you dont just the wrong lenses...Eric
If you are that worried I do have some exts from a 71 just laying around I can take some pics, but all you have to do to change from a 71-72 is remove four screws and change the lense

Just be sure they are for the 2/4 door cars and not wagon or El Camino. There is a difference there.
