Hey there, was workin on my firewall when i noticed some cracking above my front body mount rubber. Is there a flange on the body side that sits on the rubber? and if there is i'm gonna guess that it's rotting out. if this is the problem what can i do about it and how bad is it?

if the mounts are rubber then all you have to do is buy the new mount and it will already have the factory washer and sleeve pressed in. I have just changed a set in my 68 chevelle and have parted a car out so I have several mounts in my possession that are in good shape whether they are the same ones you neeed for a 76 I don't know.
