Did 65's use the inner panels found on later models that continue down from the trunk pan to the bottom of the quarter panel behind the rear wheel?

Anybody with a current Year One catalog? I talked to their 800 number today and asked if they had "panel extensions for the quarter panel and trunk floor". I found a picture of them in a kit sold by Year One and featured in an article on trunk pan replacement in a 3/97 issue of Super Chevy. The rep told me they do have these. Part # G89LHRH for $149.00
Can anybody look in the catalog and confirm this for me. I already have the 7 piece OPG trunk kit but need to buy or fabricate filler panels.

The article you are talking about in CHP
Has caused a lot of controversy. It looks like Year One has a early floor pan kit complete with trunk filler panels. But in FACT THEY DO NOT. I have spoken to the guy in CA. who performed the trunk install to clarify this. The TRUE answer is he bought 65 GTO filler panels and cut them to FIT. I have done this and IMHO if you have the front
wheel well filler metal intact and the top and rear are in one piece. you are better off makeing the flat filler panel your self.
