Does media blasting remove old bondo from body panels?

From what I hear, no. Bondo is dug out.

Paint stripper does a pretty good job. At least with whatever kind of filler was on my car.

The blasting leaves the bondo but digs into it maybe 1/16". You can just bondo over it again if you feel confident that it was applaid correctly in the first place.

Yes the bondo will come off completely if the guy doing the blasting wants it to. The guy that does mine leaves some on the car,like roger said, so I can see where previous work was done. There are times when I've wanted it off and he's removed it all. If you want him to leave some tell him so or he may take it all off...
