The guy that I know that restores 69's was putting nos quarters on one of his converts used the rest of what was left to repair the rear window areas of another 69 he owns.

Thought I would make a general post cause lots of folks were asking about them....Sorry Fellas.

Interesting story on the ones I had though, sold them for 40.00 for both(tryin to help a fellow TCer)U.P.S. man told me how to fiqure shipping on them. Said to me with his calculations it would be about 17.00. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I tell Rich 57.00.Rich the nice guy he is ,sends me the 57.00. I bag em up and send them on their way(using the shipping dept at work with acct.)On Friday this last week our acct payable lady tracks me down and tells me I owe her 68.00 NOT 17.00.

To end this little story.......I not only sent them for free but also had to pay 11.00 extra dollars to do so.THANKS U.P.S. MAN

Hey Rich....if you make it to CB03 buy me a couple of beers ,O.K.? Cause after the anger subsided with U.P.S. crap I had to go and drown my sorrows in a couple,......well it sounded like a good excuse to use with the ol lady at the time graemlins/beers.gif
