Looking to sell my 1973 454 complete mtor (oil pan to intake) to one of my friends but I'm not sure what a fair price for it is. The motor runs great, no smoke, knocking, leaking etc. The motor is fairly stock, not sure when the last rebuild was tough. I may include the Holly 750 DP Mech Secondaries and the headers with it.

Also he wants to sell his 454 (80's) if he gets mine. This motor would need a rebuild but would be the complete long block. Any thoughts on what that would sell for? Its runs right now but there is a clacking noise and we aren't sure what it is (not lifters/valves).
