After painting my engine bay, wheel wells, and undercarriage, I was wondering if anyone has ever painted their exterior with por15 paint(chasis coat black, etc.). If anyone has or know where some have, could I see a few pictures. Thanks.

It's not really intended for exterior use. Not over the entire body anyway. You can use it around rust prone areas like the the back glass channel and then use tie coat primer so you can apply a standard finish. I wouldn't use it on the entire body. It's more effective when used on the back sides of panels that tend to rust, like the lower quarters. And it's great for frames and under the hood in the engine compartment, so you did good there.

At least one person has posted that POR15 doesn't do well directly in UV light, but fine for interior and chassis/suspension.

Just so you know, the label of the POR-15 container states that it should not be applied to an area that is in direct sunlight because it can be harmed by exposure to UV light, not in so many words.
