Has anyone used this stuff, was thinking about using it to fix some small holes around the back window, or is their something that would work better.

Can it be used on bare metal or must it be applied to rusted metal?

I have used it some.It is real thin, tho,so it's best to put a piece of tape(duct)under the holes if possible...The POR puddy is great stuff also.
Can be used on bare metal, just clean it,scuff it with some sand paper then put it down...

The POR Patch is the consistency of toothpaste. I've used it as a seam sealer. You may want to try their cloth combined with POR15.

I would use the POR putty. Dries rock hard and can be sanded, drilled, tapped, etc...

works great!
