My car was painted last year about this time and everything turned out pretty good. It was a base coat clear spiess heckner paint (sp?)The car has been inside covered all winter. Last night while under the hood working I noticed on top of 1 fender it looks like the paint or clear has sagged or slipped for lack of appropriate term in 1 spot. The paint was wet sanded and polished and I know this spot was not there before. If you run your hand across it does not appear to be any ridge or anything. Anyone have any idea what might have happened and a remedy for this.Would this be the base coat or the clear. Sorry for the vague discription and I am not sure if I could take a pic of this and it would show on the picture

You would have to take a good picture to convey what you are seeing. Is it possible you haven't noticed it since paint?

I will try and take a picture and see how it turns out. I am just about positive it wasn't there before. I suppose it could have been but can't figure out why I wouldn't have seen it earlier. I did the wet sanding and polishing myself and thought I had seen all the flaws.
