the bottom roller on my 1970 chevelle quarter window is busted so i need to replace it before winter. Problem is, is that the mounting disk is rusted and it wont budge to get it off to be replaced. Any ideas on what i can do? My last choice is to saw it off because i don't want to bust the window. Can i just soak it in something? Well thanks for the help.

Might try a cutoff wheel or Dremel and cut across the face of the disk. There should be a rubber washer between it and the glass to protect the glass. I would think that if you went slow this would remove the disk and allow you to remove the roller.
