Is it enough to get my frame welded by a friend who is employed as a welder or could i just do it myself? Some people say u need a profesional. He has an Arch Welder is that the best welder to use?? Should i weld in a patch or is there any companies that sell replacement pieces??

You should ask you friend that is a welder, he would know best.

Even if he charges you it will be worth it. If you don't weld alot you may spend time and materials and wind up dissatisifed with the results. The guys at work start on projects and get me after it is screwed up then I spend even more time trying to correct the mistakes.
