96 Taurus. A friend just had the driver's door panel pull off. There is a screw mount inside of the armrest/pull and it looks like something has broken. Is there a piece that mounts into the door panel with the screw or does the screw go right through the panel? Meaning is there a replacement piece that holds the panel at the screw or does she need to replace the panel?
