Just got another addition to our family... 9 week old red merle female Australian Shepherd named Hana. She now lives with our two other Aussie dogs, a blue merle name Maui, and a red tri named Kona. This one has spooky looking hazel eyes, but we expect them to darken as she matures.

The wife's bestest pup's eyes never changed. Both were blue till the day he died. Kids used to ask me if he was blind. "Just stick a finger through the fence".

I like most dogs more than my own. I have the meanest little shihtzus around. We tried to give him away but he ate the lady up and she made use take him back. The vet said we will have to keep him or put him to sleep because of his "mindset". Maybe when this monster is gone I'll get the Lab that I wanted in the first place.

This has been our guys through the last 32 years, from left to right 1 Jessie 2. Arko 3.Boe 4. Sam (8 now) 5.Max (3 now) 6.Spooky , most were pure bred, a couple not, didnt matter, we loved all the same, we always have a pair, staggering the years by a few, so we are never without one, couldnt take a Shepherdless home,, :) , also keeps the older one from turning into a fat couch potato ,,this was a picture I had made for my wife for Xmas a few years back,, dog lovers are all great people, I just wish I was 1/2 as smart as any of these Shepherds, then I would know how to post a decent picture of them,,

I wish I had a place to post pictures.. but I've got an Old English Mastiff female. Her name is Brina, celtic for "great protector", so I don't have to worry when my girls or my son are outside playing. She's certainly the smartest dog I've ever owned, and the laziest. Looking to get another one sometime after we move, still looking for a bigger place with bigger garage.

Here's our Bordie Collie Dakota, and her buddies....

The cat with the white stripe on his nose is KitKat, our outside cat who just showed up on the back steps one day.

The white cat is Bailey and he weighs about 20 pounds now - he was stuck on the roof of our old shed crying when I found him. He was all skin and bone and weighed 12 pounds then. His nickname is HayBailer for a reason.

Theo is the tabby we adopted from the SPCA in 1998. He's got the funniest voice - it's all rasta-like.... hence the name RastaCat.

We have three dogs, and for the most part, have always had two or three at any given time, for the past 12 years or so.

This is Spyke. He's 60lbs of pitbull/sharpei, with some a-hole mixed in. :D He bites strangers, and pees on their leg if he doesn't like them, even if I let them in the yard. :D

http://www.chevelles.com/showroom/Cameano/Spyke.JPG

This is his buddy, Shadow. He's a shepard mix. A little more mellow.

http://www.chevelles.com/showroom/Cameano/Shadow.JPG

And last, but not least, this is Pudge, our Shih-tzu. He's the inside dog. Good dog, except for his taste in my sunglasses.

My dog, charly, is a stafford shire terrier. I've posted about him before many times. I heven't seen him in a month or so since the apartment complex I live in won't allow pets. bummer. he lives in the not-so-country anymore with my parents and my sister. I accidently made him a pervert when I brought a girl home for dinner in march that I was fond of at the time, and now he's a butt pincher. he get's my sister's freinds attention all the time now, from what I've heard. it sucks not having him around because I miss seeing all of the new tricks he picks up.

so wonderful to see all the babies! For the first time in over 26 years, i am dog free. Found Gracie a home last week, and boy - it is quiet. Too quiet.
But - couldn not take care of them when i get knees replaced and don't have to go up and down the stairs with them all the time now.
Mr Don, who took my dacshunds home, is bringing them by for some play time tomorrow :D
I can't wait :D
Beautiful animals/family ya'll have!!!

I've got three weiner dogs and love them to death!! I just bought the third one about a month ago. These dogs have the most unbelievable personalities!! I wish I could post pics of them but other than not having a digital camera I don't think I could get all three ADD sufferers in one picture!!

I do like dogs, but can usually only eat 1 or 2 at a time. I don't know what they are putting in them these days, but my stomach gets upset if I have more than 2 at a time. I have to buy the expensive ones. And I don't like a lot of stuff on them unless it's a chili dog. Then I load it up. But usually just ketchup or BBQ sauce.

uh.........oh..........you guys are talking about animals...........I don't eat those kind of dogs. Nope. Never. At least, not that I am aware.

Yeah, Sampson's about as ferocious as a pile of laundry (and he spends most of his time laying on the floor imitating one).

Wow. I've been gone a long time. Anyway, here is a picture of Rocko.
He is a mix, some say he is a Ridgeback/Lab mix. I dunno much about dog breeds myself.

The most loving and smartest dog I ever had was my Sheppard. I had to put her down a few years back. On day when I get rid of some of the mut dogs I have I'll get another Sheppard. They are my alltime favorite breed.
