I have a question on sandblasting frame.
If I would sandblast in the gravel drive (in town) will I coat the neighbors cars? also what kind of blaster used. Can I rent one???
help is appreciated. All this is assuming I dont soak it all in gasoline and throw the match(trouble with body mounts) http://www.chevelles.com/forum/mad.gif Thanks
Chris

Chris it's a VERY messy job, But unless your going too be placing the frame real close to another car, I doubt any "Harm" would come too anything outside of 10 feet away.. I think you can rent a blaster, and for the frame you can get away with using regular "Play" sand as a media.. Just make sure you screen it.. The thing I would mention is that you can probably get your frame professionally blasted for what it will cost you in rent, media, and cleanup. Good Luck!
