nope..it was some nutcase girl that sold space on her forehead on ebay. the winner got to have a tattoo permanantly put on her forehead. the winner was the online casino golden palace. it was crazy, I think she got 10k to do it, alot of money, but when the money is gone, the tattoo will still be there.
