I have a 1966 Beaumont with a 1957 Ford 9 inch rear end.
The WAR differentials from 1957 - 1960 did not have a fill hole. So it is not a simple task to just fill up the diff until the oil runs out.
My diff has a 3/8 bolt hole threaded into the top of the axle housing. This is ok for adding oil to the unit. The question is how much oil to add.
I have searched everywhere and have been unable to find any reference to oil capacity.
Am running a mini spool with 4.10 gears.
