What is the recommended fluid for a 1976 ST-10 out of a Firebird? I thought it would be 90w manual transmission fluid but someone has told me the Borg Warners from the late 70’s use ATF.

Pretty sure all T10s use gear oil.

I use Red Line MTL in my B/W Super T-10. Works great, real smooth shifting.

Thanks for the replies -- That's what I thought, the ST-10 was a similar type design to the Muncies and should take gear oil.
