I have a 4" Cowl Induction scoop and I ordered a stock flat fiberglass hood from Unlimited Products.
Now, what's done is done so, please refain from the "I told you so's"
What I want to know is, If I "rough up" the underside of my scoop's mounting surface and "rough up" the matching area on the hood......Then, apply a layer of resin and set the scoop on the hood and allow it to set, Will this bond the scoop to the hood sufficiently?
Then I will lay matting to blend the outside to the hood.
I'm not building a "Show" quality car here only a "Street/Strip Terror" Thanks, Jim
