Does anyone know what the normal current draw is on accessories. IE how much current does the a/c wiring normally draw during operation if the recommended fuse is 25 amps? Is it for example 1/4 of the fuse rating.

Im trying to determine how much current my accessories like a/c, power windows, lights on, radio ETC. draw during operation. This will help to determine that total current that flows through the 10 ga supply wire to the horn relay. ANy help is appreciated, Stein....

Around 1/4 -1/2. Some circuits more, some less. Any circuit with a motor will draw more at start up but level off during operation. The 10g is fine for factory accessories. How many electrical add ons do you have?

If you have access to an inductive amp meter, just clamp that around your battery cable and systematically turn on then off the accessories and measure the current draw. Add it all up and that is what you have.
