The flat panel at the top of the firewall, between the windshield and the firewall has rectangle openings. Is there supposed to be a screen or a piece covering these openings? This would be on a 68 Chevelle.

Steve S Jun 28th, 05, 1:14 PM I don't think that chevelles came from the factory with any covers, at least my 68 SS that I bought new didn't have them. Might have been on Olds or Buicks, not sure.
