I thought my new steering box was leaking turns out its the reservoir or pump. Its on special order from Kragen so Ive gotta wait till Monday or Tuesday. My neighbor said put some tranny fluid in, instead of power steering fliud since its all going to leak out (i have more tranny fluid) is this ok for the next few days?

You can use ATF in older PS systems like Chevelles. New cars require real PS fluid.
